Facilities Condition Assessment Services

The City of Falls Church is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide facilities condition assessment services. The selected firm will be responsible for assessing the condition of City facilities and providing recommendations for maintenance and repairs. The contract will be for a 12-month period with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The City is looking for a firm with experience in facilities condition assessments and a strong understanding of the needs of the City. Key aspects of the job include: • Conducting a thorough assessment of City facilities • Identifying areas of concern and providing recommendations for maintenance and repairs • Developing a report outlining the findings and recommendations • Presenting the report to City staff and officials • Providing ongoing support and guidance to City staff as needed
