Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to renew the licensing, maintenance, and support for the iMedRIS Integrated Research Information System (iRIS) software. The software is used to support research compliance and administration, and the VA requires continued maintenance and support to ensure uninterrupted processing of research protocols. The contract will be for a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. Key features of the software include centralized document management, electronic routing, automated notifications, reporting, and regulatory oversight activities. The contractor will provide technical support, software updates, bug fixes, security patches, and configuration support.
