The United States Air Force seeks a qualified contractor to provide a Director of Protestant Music Ministries for the chapel at Dover Air Force Base. The contractor will deliver 164 on‑site service hours per year (base year plus up to four one‑year options) to lead worship music, direct a volunteer choir, and perform required musical pieces. The award is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside under NAICS 711130 and will be made on a Lowest‑Price‑Technically‑Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
• Provide weekly worship‑service music leadership, rehearsals, and a “prelude/postlude” of the offeror’s choice.
