Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for the purchase and maintenance of a Hyosung Base Model MS500 teller cash recycler. The contract term will be from 06/25/2026 to 06/24/2027. The scope of work includes the purchase of the teller cash recycler, one year of DynaCore — Cash to Core Automation Software, and one year of maintenance for the teller cash recycler. The vendor will be responsible for installation and customization of the software at no extra cost to the Clerk's Office. The maintenance and service must be completed by a certified technician, with a confirmation call to the customer within 30 minutes of the initial request and on-site service within 4 business hours.
• The teller cash recycler should have a serial number: YO9000186
• The DynaCore Console and License should support one TCR and connect to six online teller workstations
• The software should have Active Directory OR Locally-controlled User Administration
• The software should have 15 customizable roles
• The software should have Flexible Robbery Duress and Built-in Alarm Contacts
• The software should have Full support for advanced TCR features
• The software should integrate Bill Discriminator totals along with TCR totals in the same deposit transaction
• The software should have a Base Station option for standalone Buy/Sell cash transactions
