The State of California’s Department of Water Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual certification, unit‑proof testing, and issuance of compliance certificates for cranes and hoists used across three water‑resource sites. The contractor must supply all qualified labor, equipment, test weights, and documentation, while DWR provides crane operators and site access. The work spans a three‑year contract period beginning February 1 2027, with a competitive sealed‑bid process and mandatory small‑business/DVBE participation preferences.
