Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting bids for the FY26 Tree Cooler Upgrade for North Bend, Oregon. The project involves upgrading the tree cooler at the Coos Bay District Office. The period of performance for this project is from 07/08/2026 to 11/30/2026. Two site visits are scheduled for Thursday, June 18th at 1:00pm PT and Tuesday, June 23rd at 1:00pm PT. The site visits will be held at the Bureau of Land Management Coos Bay District Office, located at 1300 Airport Lane, North Bend, OR 97459.
• The project requires the contractor to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
• The contractor must acknowledge receipt of the amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must submit their offer and acknowledge the amendment by one of the specified methods.
• The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the best offer.
