The 36th Contracting Squadron of the U.S. Air Force is conducting market research to identify commercial vendors capable of supplying three new mobile pressure‑washer trailers for use at Andersen AFB, Guam. This Sources‑Sought Notice requests a short capabilities statement (max 5 pages) describing the vendor’s experience, registration status, size classification, contract vehicles, and ability to meet detailed technical specifications for the trailers and pressure‑washer units. No contract award is guaranteed; the effort is purely informational.
• Quantity: 3 fully‑configured mobile pressure‑washer trailers
• Must support 500 gal water tank, 3,500 lb axle rating, 3,500 psi (or higher) hot/cold pressure washers
• Dual‑fuel (gasoline / diesel) options, ≥8 GPM total flow, split‑water capability (2 wands)
• Includes lockable toolbox, two 200‑ft water‑hose reels, garden hose reel, two 100‑ft heavy‑duty hoses, and two wands with appropriate PSI ratings
• Trailer tongue rated for ≥4,500 lb, optional wood‑component protection, standard warranty, and direct freight to Yigo, Guam
• Vendors must be SAM‑registered (or plan to be) and provide CAGE code, UEI, and socio‑economic status
