Central Repository for PLS Academic Records

The State Board of Private Licensed Schools seeks a vendor to serve as the central repository for student transcripts for all closed and currently operating schools licensed/registered by the Board. The vendor will store and service the records for the schools and students. The current central repository stores approximately 900,000 records, and an additional 500,000 historical transcripts will need to be uploaded by December 31, 2027. The contract duration is 5 years. Key responsibilities include: • Storing and servicing student transcripts • Uploading historical transcripts • Maintaining the security and confidentiality of the records • Providing customer service to schools and students
