Tree Pruning & Tree Maintenance Services

The City of Roseville is seeking a contractor to provide tree pruning and tree maintenance services for a period of four years with three optional two-year renewals. The scope of work includes routine cycle pruning for approximately 55,000 trees in 35 CFD/LLD districts, General Fund areas, streets, landscapes, 95 parks, and 2 municipal golf courses. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining a five-year grid pruning cycle and providing risk management services. The city is looking for a contractor with experience in municipal tree work and emergency/storm response work. • The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive description of their approach to successfully implementing the project. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of equipment and resources they own and plan to use for tree maintenance services. • The contractor will be required to describe their methodology for assessing and managing risk for trees that are not part of a grid-based pruning cycle. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed description of their current work order management workflow. • The contractor will be required to demonstrate the ability to support routine automated data exchange with the City's GIS system.
