Region 9 Education Cooperative, on behalf of the New Mexico Public Education Department, seeks a qualified consulting firm to compile and analyze statewide school transportation survey data, develop a comprehensive transportation‑study draft, refine it through stakeholder workshops, and deliver a final report with operational standards, technology‑integration guidance, continuous‑improvement plans, and efficiency benchmarks for large, small, and charter school districts. The effort is time‑critical, requiring rapid data handling, stakeholder engagement, and production of deliverables within a two‑month performance window.
• Compile raw survey data (Nov 2025‑Feb 2026) and produce an initial draft by 20 Mar 2026.
• Conduct virtual workshops with a 15‑district “Sample Group” (April 7‑21 2026) to validate findings and incorporate feedback.
• Deliver a final, benchmark‑rich study and presentation deck to NMPED by 22 May 2026, followed by final invoicing on 19 Jun 2026.
