The Alabama Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to construct a new 3,500‑square‑foot electrical building at the McDuffie Terminal in Mobile, AL. The work includes site preparation, auger‑cast pile foundations, cast‑in‑place concrete, structural steel erection, roofing (mechanically‑fastened TPO), HVAC, and full electrical power‑distribution systems, together with an underground duct bank, access ramp, and related civil works. The contract will be awarded after a sealed‑bid process, with performance and labor‑material bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price and a required 10 % retainage. The schedule allows 210 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with monthly CPM schedule updates and extensive documentation at close‑out.
