Central Piedmont Community College Harper Campus Lineworker Training Facility

The Central Piedmont Community College is seeking bids for the construction of a Lineworker Training Facility at the Harper Campus. The project includes a 6,555 SF prefabricated metal building, a 370' x 200' Driver Training Pad, outdoor pole yard, training vault, 70'H Training Pole, and covered parking area with a vehicle wash. The facility will contain a classroom, office space, conference room, breakrooms, an interior pole yard with eight utility poles w/ a mezzanine and additional support spaces. The project will require significant site work to clear and grade the existing property. • The project is a single prime contract, and all proposals shall be lump sum. • A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 22nd, 2026, 2:00pm-4:00pm. • Complete plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for electronic download. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
