Description
The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is seeking a pest control service provider to perform monthly services at their location in Birmingham, AL. The scope of work includes inspecting and monitoring interior and exterior areas, setting and checking traps, and performing perimeter treatments. The selected vendor will be required to provide a monthly fee for services and must have at least 3 years of experience in commercial pest control.
• The service area includes the building interior and exterior, as well as the grounds surrounding the building.
• The vendor must provide monthly invoices with a net 30-day payment term.
• The contract will be for a 12-month term, beginning February 1, 2026, and ending January 31, 2027.
• A site visit is required for bid consideration, and the vendor must provide proof of experience and qualifications.
