Engineering Support Services of the HH-60W Helicopter Platforms

The United States Air Force (USAF) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for engineering and logistical support for the HH-60W helicopter platform. The support will provide the USAF with technical expertise, access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) proprietary data, and analysis techniques to maintain operational, safety, suitability, and effectiveness (OSS&E) for the HH-60 platform. The contractor will be required to furnish all material, support equipment, tools, test equipment, and services. The contractor will also be responsible for providing, maintaining, and calibrating all support equipment required at their facility or a subcontractor's facility. • The contractor will provide engineering assistance for repair questions and modification of the HH-60W helicopter. • The contractor will provide access to OEM proprietary data, including structural/component data, drawings, qualification data, and analysis techniques. • The contractor will provide technical reports, monthly status reports, agendas, minutes, and a final report. • The contractor will investigate the root cause of logistics issues and provide recommendations. • The contractor will support mishap investigations and provide solutions to grounding issues.
