Provision of Pressure Washing Services on an Annual Contract

* The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids for the provision of pressure washing services on an annual contract. * The contract will be for the cleaning and pressure washing of various Gwinnett County facilities, including buildings, sidewalks, and driveways. * The service provider will be required to furnish all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the work. * The contract will be awarded based on a combination of responsiveness to the request, qualifications and experience of the service provider, references, and cost. * The service provider must have at least 3 years of experience in providing cleaning and pressure washing services, and must own and maintain pressure washing equipment capable of providing washing pressures between 2,000 psi and 4,500 psi. * The service provider will be required to provide a detailed work proposal, including a binding estimate for the project, and must obtain approval from Gwinnett County before beginning any billable work. * The contract will include provisions for invoicing, payment, and dispute resolution. * The service provider will be required to maintain a complete set of records, including all supporting documentation, for the life of the contract plus one full year thereafter. * The contract will be for a fixed term, with no option for renewal. * A pre-bid conference is scheduled for December 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. * Bids must be submitted in duplicate and must include all required documentation, including a bid schedule, qualification forms, and a list of company-owned equipment.
