Description
The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking qualified distributors/companies to provide HVAC Air Filters with specific technical requirements. The filters must meet certain MERV ratings, dimensions, and other specifications. Interested companies must provide technical information, including manufacturer/brand, MERV rating, IPD @2000, FPD @2000, media type, media SF, maximum constant operating temperature, energy saving generation grade/number, frame construction, pressure drop curve, and minimum particle size efficiency curve. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis, and the Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions.
• The required filters include 4 "V" configuration, MERV 13/13A, dimensions 24"x24" and 20"x24", as well as compact box type, MERV 11, dimensions 24"x24"x4" and 24"x20"x4".
• The delivery point for Mexican vendors is the U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, while for U.S. or other international vendors, delivery should be made directly to Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, or to Brownsville, TX, with the bid inclusive of all transportation and customs fees.
• The Government will internally add the estimated transportation and customs costs from the U.S. to Mexico to the bid to determine the LPTA proposal.
