Purchase of Poster, Vinyl Printer and Cutting System with Maintenance

Tarrant County is soliciting bids for the purchase of a Poster/Vinyl Printer and Cutting System with maintenance. The system will be used for printing approximately 1,500 posters annually. The equipment bid must meet or exceed the specified technical requirements, including a UV LED large format flatbed printer and a roll-to-roll poster printer with internal cutting system. The vendor must provide complete installation, training, and maintenance services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with an option to renew for an additional 12 months. • The system must be capable of printing on various materials, including paper, vinyl, and foam board. • The vendor must provide a 30-day manufacturer's warranty and maintenance/service agreement. • The vendor must provide phone support, free software upgrades, and on-site repair services. • The vendor must maintain Microsoft supported Operating Systems and products, apply security patches, and maintain an "Always On" antivirus/malware solution.
