PASS-A-GRILLE-PASS, MAINTENANCE DREDGING, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals for maintenance dredging within Pass-a-Grille Pass in Pinellas County, Florida. The project involves excavating material and transporting it to the Pass-a-Grille Beach Placement Area. The contractor will be required to commence work within 60 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed and complete the work within 120 calendar days. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. • The project includes environmental monitoring, water quality monitoring, beach fill quality control, screening, vibration control and monitoring, and beach tilling. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award. • The request for proposal will be issued on or about October 06, 2026, and proposals will be due on or about November 06, 2026. • The award of the task order will be made on the basis of Lowest Price Technical Acceptable (LPTA).
