Description
The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is seeking responses from qualified firms to provide 52 portable sanitary facility services in selected winter recreational areas. The successful respondent will be awarded a five-year contract to provide services for five winter seasons, beginning December 1, 2025, and ending April 30, 2030. The contract will require the selected contractor to seasonally supply, deliver, service, and remove 52 portable restrooms at specified locations. Key responsibilities include providing and installing portable restrooms, servicing and maintaining the units, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide and install portable restrooms at specified locations
• Service and maintain the units on a weekly basis
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide CDC or WA State Dept. of Health-approved hand sanitizer with each portable location
• Ensure each unit has sufficient toilet paper and is cleaned and sanitized regularly
