The State of South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive lease of golf‑cart equipment and associated GPS fleet‑management systems for Cheraw State Park. The contract will cover a 36‑month lease period and requires new equipment, full warranty maintenance, and delivery within 30 days of purchase‑order issuance. The scope includes electric golf carts, utility carts of two payload classes, and GPS screens, all to be supplied, installed, and supported for the duration of the lease.
• 72 electric golf carts (Platinum‑colored, lithium‑ion battery, GPS/geo‑fencing, USB ports, 12 mph governor)
• 5 utility carts (800 lb payload) and 2 utility carts (1,200 lb payload) – gasoline‑powered, turf‑saver tires, ≥13 HP (or 28 HP for the larger units)
• 72 GPS fleet‑management touchscreen systems (weather‑resistant, real‑time tracking, two‑way messaging)
• Lease term: 36 months; delivery required ≤30 days after PO; vendor must provide warranty maintenance, all taxes, delivery, installation, and related fees included in the lease price.
