Building Appraisal Consultant - Global Center NYC

The State University of New York (SUNY) seeks to procure appraisal services for the building located at 116 E 55th St, New York, NY 10022, commonly known as “The Global Center”. SUNY is issuing this discretionary solicitation to hire an appraiser to obtain the current market value of the Global Center and its associated air rights, located at 116 E 55th Street, New York, NY 10022. SUNY is seeking a firm to provide real estate appraisal services with experience in New York City, particularly with experience in Commercial Real Estate valued in excess of $10 million. The State University of New York intends to make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000.
