Budget estimate

$30,000,000 – $35,000,000

Based on the anticipated budget of approximately $32,000,000, the budget for this project is likely to be in the range of $30,000,000 to $35,000,000. This estimate takes into account the scope of work, which includes the renovation and expansion of the existing facility, as well as the construction of new indoor recreation areas. The budget will depend on the final cost of the project, which will be determined by the CMAR's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) document. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of materials, labor, and equipment, as well as any changes to the project scope or timeline.
