Description
The Palm Beach County is seeking qualified contractors to renovate the existing helipad and screen wall on the Main County Courthouse high roof. The project is part of the County's Annual Contract for Minor Construction Services. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. to review the requirements for the project. Contractors must submit a Qualification Application at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date to be considered. The County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities and reject any and all quotes/bids.
• The project involves renovating the existing helipad and screen wall on the high roof of the Main County Courthouse.
