Description
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division is seeking a qualified firm to provide professional services for the Terry County Airport. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with a narrative, including an 18B Obstruction Survey consistent with the latest version of the FAA Master Plan Advisory Circular. The firm will also need to provide information on their project understanding and technical approach, including similar project-related experience of the project manager and each task leader responsible for a major work category. The response must contain the required information and should address the recommended information.
• The firm must have the necessary resources to perform all of the services required.
• The firm must have recent experience in the development of airport plans comparable to the proposed project.
• The firm must have the ability to meet the schedules and deadlines of this project.
• The firm must have a proposed technical approach and schedule to accomplish the project.
