Description
The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified contractor to replace and upgrade the HVAC systems at the Shiprock Chapter House. The work includes removing existing rooftop combo units, installing new high‑efficiency rooftop and ground‑level heating‑and‑cooling units, servicing vertical power‑vented units, removing gas radiant tube units, installing new furnace systems in storage rooms, constructing a reinforced concrete pad, providing all necessary electrical, gas, and ductwork, and delivering start‑up, commissioning, training, and a one‑year warranty. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit, submit a sealed proposal, and meet bond and insurance requirements.
• Replace two rooftop HVAC combo units and associated roof penetrations.
• Install new ground‑level HVAC units with concrete equipment pad, ductwork, and controls.
• Service existing vertical power‑vented units and remove obsolete gas radiant‑tube systems.
• Provide full documentation, warranties, and one‑year post‑completion support.
