Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide DRESSING, DRAWTEX 4IN X 4IN 10CT (XH825) for the Charleston CMOP. The contract will require the vendor to deliver the products to the VA CMOP Ladson (Charleston) facility. The vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, as well as VA regulations. The contract will include requirements for packaging, labeling, and shipping. The vendor must also provide a firm commitment of availability and price prior to purchase order.
• The contract requires the vendor to provide a separate and distinct eleven-digit National Drug Code (NDC) number for each product proposed.
• The vendor must ensure that all shipments are properly packaged and labeled, with a minimum bottle size of 100cc and a child safety type cap.
• The vendor must also provide a return authorization and pickup for any damaged or incorrect products within one week of request.
• The contract includes requirements for bar code labeling, therapeutic equivalence, and recalls.
