010 - Landscape Equipment Repair

The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for landscape equipment repair services. The successful bidder will be responsible for repairing and maintaining landscape equipment, including tractors, riding mowers, and decks, at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum value of $8,000. The bidder must provide a hourly rate for labor, a percent discount for materials and parts, and a cost plus percentage for non-cataloged parts. The bidder must also offer delivery and pick-up services. • The bidder must be an authorized John Deere dealer. • The bidder must provide proof of cost for non-cataloged parts. • The bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the bid. • The bidder must submit a completed Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure form. • The bidder must submit a completed Wage Theft and Payroll Fraud Disclosure form.
