NYARNG PHA IDIQ

The USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, NY is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Periodic Health Assessments (PHA) throughout New York State. The contract will have a maximum value of $997,000 and a performance period of 5 years. The contractor will be required to provide PHA services to the NYARNG MEDCOM. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. • The contract will require the contractor to provide PHA services to the NYARNG MEDCOM. • The contractor will be required to have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a pricing sheet with their response. • The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. • Award will be made based on price and other factors.
