PRINTING & COPYING SERVICES

The County of Ulster is seeking a vendor to provide printing and copying services for all county departments. The services include photocopying, printing, bindery services, and online quoting system. The vendor should be able to produce jobs in PC compatible files, Word/Office documents, and PDF files. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The vendor should be located within 5 miles of the Ulster County Office Building, but vendors outside of this area can still apply if they can demonstrate how they can overcome the distance obstacle. • The printing needs of the County are diverse and include both photocopying and printing services. • The County requires the ability to produce jobs in PC compatible files, Word/Office documents, and PDF files. • The vendor should provide an online quoting system that allows County departments to generate price quotes for print jobs. • The vendor should have the ability to offer pickup and delivery service to the requesting department for free or for a fixed delivery fee. • The vendor should provide weekly departmental invoices that are itemized and show sufficient detail to verify unit costs.
