The City of Kyle is seeking proposals from responsible offerors to provide administration of the City's fully insured medical plan. The City is looking for competitive pricing, a robust provider network, and dedicated customer service. The selected vendor will be required to integrate with the City's online administration vendor, Selerix, and provide technology credits to offset the cost of the system. The initial contract will have a specified rate guarantee with 4 additional options to renew. • The City currently utilizes United Healthcare for its fully insured medical benefits. • All benefits are offered to full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and also cover retirees. • The City is open to additional plan options that benefit the members and are financially beneficial to the City. • Proposers will be required to complete the applicable disruption report for their quoted network.
