Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a single Blue Traffic Pole and Support assembly for Lyra Drive at the Pointe. The scope includes supplying, fabricating, galvanizing, and powder‑coating a complete traffic‑signal support structure (pole, arm, base, hardware) to meet ASTM, SSPC, and Federal Standard #595B coating specifications. The item must be delivered by the specified delivery date and conform to the approved manufacturers (Valmont Industries, Union Metal) or an approved equal.
• Supply and fully fabricate a 21‑ft blue pole with a 19.5‑ft arm attachment, fully galvanised and powder‑coated to semi‑gloss blue (color #15048).
• Include all necessary hardware, labor, equipment, transport, and storage for delivery and installation.
• Must meet ASTM A123 galvanizing, SSPC‑VIS‑1‑67 cleaning, and coating warranty requirements (minimum 5‑year warranty).
