Description
The 914th Air Refueling Wing needs a Kenwood JF12 radio and associated installation for its Mass Notification System at the alternate command post on Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. The contractor must supply the radio, relocate an existing MNS server, perform full system integration, and conduct testing. This is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with a single award based on lowest price and acceptable technical capability.
• Provide a Kenwood JF12 radio unit meeting the Statement of Need.
• Relocate the existing MNS server to the alternate command post.
• Install and integrate the radio and server with the existing Mass Notification System.
• Perform functional testing and certification.
• Submit a technical capability statement and delivery schedule with the price quote by 23 Sept 2026, 1 PM EDT.
