Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for two state-leased buildings in Versailles, Missouri. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom cleaning, and other miscellaneous tasks. The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 6,171 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to renew. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
* Daily tasks include emptying trash, cleaning glass surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms
* Weekly tasks include washing wastebaskets, cleaning restroom walls, and cleaning air diffusers
* Monthly tasks include damp mopping and machine scrubbing floors, cleaning glass surfaces, and cleaning light fixtures
* Semi-annual tasks include deep carpet cleaning, machine scrubbing ceramic floor areas, and dusting pipes and ductwork
