Description
The Fulton County Government is seeking a consultant to provide general legal information and advice to Fulton County citizens. The successful consultant will provide onsite and remote legal consultation sessions on Family Law and Elder Law matters, assist in the development and delivery of a senior services legal consultation program, and provide referrals to appropriate sources of additional assistance or representation as needed. The consultant will also provide legal updates to the JRC Manager and staff on a scheduled monthly basis and assist in the development of a senior services legal program.
• Provide brief information and advice sessions on Family Law and Elder Law matters
• Provide litigants with referrals to appropriate sources of additional assistance or representation as needed
• Provide Family Law and Elder Law legal updates to JRC Manager and staff on a scheduled monthly basis
• Assist in the development of a senior services legal program
• Provide three classes/seminars on divorce, custody, and child support per quarter
• Provide three classes/seminars on senior services/elder law per quarter
