Description
The United States Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is seeking a contractor to provide appraisal services for three tracts of land totaling 7403 acres in Matagorda County, Texas. The appraisal report will be used to assist the bureau in determining the amount to be paid as just compensation for the property rights acquired. The contractor must have a current Certified General Appraiser license and provide a firm-fixed price quote for the assignment. The period of performance is 130 calendar days from the date of the Purchase Order award.
• The appraisal services include market value appraisal of the three tracts of land.
• The contractor must provide a standard Appraiser's Statement of Qualifications and a signed proposal letter.
• The contractor must have experience in appraising similar properties and working with the federal government.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of completion for the UASFLA course.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) statute.
