Budget estimate

$600,000 – $1,000,000

No contract value is disclosed, but a 2,500 sf institutional building in Delaware typically costs between $250 and $350 per square foot when fully equipped with MEP systems, fire‑alarm, and specialized finishes. This suggests a total contract value in the $600,000‑$875,000 range; allowing for contingencies, bonding, and agency overhead, a realistic estimate is roughly $600,000 to $1,000,000.
