CalRecycle is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive debt‑collection services for approximately 450 delinquent accounts, representing roughly $1‑1.5 million in outstanding receivables. The contractor will be responsible for locating debtors, initiating collection actions, handling skip‑tracing, managing dispute and bankruptcy notifications, maintaining real‑time reporting through CalRecycle’s online system, and adhering to all applicable federal and California debt‑collection statutes. Compensation is based on a percentage of amounts collected, with an expected liquidation rate of 22‑25 % over a 33‑month contract term.
