Description
The Alabama Medicaid Agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive monthly pest control services for its warehouse facility in Montgomery, AL for the FY27 period. Services must be performed during standard work hours, covering both interior and exterior perimeters, and must address a wide range of pests while delivering detailed invoicing and service reports each month.
• Monthly on‑site pest control (inside/outside) covering roaches, silverfish, ants, wasps, rodents, fleas, ticks, spiders, etc.
• Must remove spider webs, wasp nests, replace glue boards/boxes on each treatment, and treat landscaping/bushes.
• Provide all fees in a single total monthly cost, submit invoices and service reports to the agency’s purchasing email, and ensure service hours are 8 am–4 pm, Mon‑Fri.
