Wayne State University is seeking a qualified vendor to replace three aging Infoblox networking appliances, provide the latest hardware models, associated software licensing subscriptions, and multi‑year maintenance and support services. The contract will be a three‑year fixed‑price agreement with optional one‑year renewals, and all equipment must be delivered by early May 2026. The award is targeted for early April 2026, and the vendor must meet the university’s insurance, non‑collusion, and reference requirements.
• Deliver three new Infoblox Trinzic X6 appliances (models 1606 and 1506) plus software bundle subscriptions.
• Provide annual hardware maintenance and support services for the full contract term.
• Submit a complete RFQ quotation (Schedule C) by March 16 2026, including price summary, insurance certificates, and three qualified references.
