Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The solicitation does not disclose total contract value. Based on typical municipal e‑waste contracts that charge per pound of material, a mid‑size county like Cobb could generate anywhere from $100 k to $500 k annually, depending on volume of equipment recycled and market rates for ferrous and non‑ferrous metals. The lower bound assumes modest pickup volumes and conservative pricing; the upper bound assumes higher volumes and premium data‑destruction services.
