Description
The State Highway Administration is seeking bids for the replacement of an office trailer at the Eldersburg Salt Storage Facility. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing a mobile office trailer, including all labor, materials, parts, service, and transportation. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the satisfactory performance and efficient operations of the mobile office trailer. The contract duration is 60 days, and the contract type is lump sum.
• The trailer will serve as a temporary office space and may be used for meetings, administrative activities, and other operational purposes.
• The location of work is the Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration: Eldersburg Salt Storage Facility – Old Washington Road, Sykesville, MD.
• The contractor must have five years of experience in providing similar services and must be licensed and eligible to perform work in the state of Maryland.
• The contractor must provide references and meet all minimum qualifications.
• The contract includes a small business reserve designation and a VSBE participation goal of zero percent.
• The State reserves the right to limit the number of persons performing the work and may require additional training of personnel at no cost to the State.
