Master Order for Shredding Services

The Texas A&M University is seeking to establish a Master Order for shredding services for its libraries in College Station, TX. The contract will commence on the effective date and continue through August 31, 2026, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The vendor will be required to provide shredding services for recyclable and non-recyclable items, books, and electronic media. The university estimates approximately 50 lbs. of shredding per box, with no more than 800,000 lbs. per calendar year. • The vendor must deliver pallets and shrink wrap to the university's Evans Library or Records Management. • The vendor must load and transport records to a secure destruction location. • The vendor must notify the university in writing within three business days of completion of destruction of records. • The vendor must provide certificates of destruction to the university. • The vendor must have the necessary insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
