Description
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is seeking a contractor to provide traffic management maintenance services, including inspections, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs. The contractor will also be responsible for making modifications, improvements, and enhancements to the district's traffic management system as directed by the owner. The contract will require the contractor to have sufficiently staffed crews, vehicles, equipment, and materials to perform all work necessary to safely maintain and repair the traffic management system sites within the district.
• The contract includes traffic signals, emergency/flasher signals, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), signs, and traffic management equipment.
• The contractor must meet or exceed the most recent Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and applicable standards and requirements.
• The district may add or delete traffic management system sites from the contract over time.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on 06/22/2026 at 11:00 AM.
