New Public Address System for Lyndon Town School District

The Kingdom East School District is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from experienced vendors for the installation, configuration, and testing of a Public Address System for Lyndon Town School. The system should be IP-based and serve Lyndon Town School, with the potential to tie in all seven schools in the district. The proposal should include the replacement of the current PA system, all cabling and speaker devices, and the programming and configuration of multiple zones in the building. The system must allow for bell schedules by zone and integrate with Verkada door access and the current fire system. • The vendor will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of the Public Address System. • The vendor will provide administrative training for LTS and KESD staff. • The vendor will ensure that the system is fully turnkey and integrates with Verkada cameras and the keyless entry system. • The vendor will provide spare speakers for replacement. • The vendor will test and set the volume for every speaker.
