Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide hydraulic oil and gear lubrication oil for the NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker. The contractor will be required to deliver the oil to the ship in San Diego, CA. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the offeror must provide a quote that includes the price and any discount terms. The offeror must also provide a technical description of the items being offered, as well as any relevant product literature or other documents. The contractor will be evaluated based on price and the factors set forth in paragraph (a) of the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide hydraulic oil and gear lubrication oil that meets the specifications outlined in the solicitation.
• The contractor must deliver the oil to the NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker in San Diego, CA.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes the price and any discount terms.
• The contractor must provide a technical description of the items being offered, as well as any relevant product literature or other documents.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide at least two references for jobs performed within the past three years that are similar in scope to this requirement.
