Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is seeking a certified Small Business (SB) or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) to provide exterior window and screen cleaning, building skin washing, and pressure washing services. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, licenses, travel, vehicles, parts, supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The contract will commence on April 2, 2026, and expire on April 1, 2028. The contractor will be paid based on a price quote proposal, and the estimated cost of the contract is between $5,000 and $250,000.
