GPS Simulator and Software

The NASA/MSFC has a requirement for a Spirent Federal Systems PNT-X Series GPS Simulator and software. The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from Spirent Federal Systems, Inc. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email. The required products include PNTX-B-1272, PNTX-3003, PNT X GPS L5 Feature Key, PNT X Interference L1 Feature Key, and others. The key features of the required products include RF outputs with GPS L1, GPS L2, and GPS L5. • The required products are commercial items, and the acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12. • The Government intends to acquire the services from Spirent Federal Systems, Inc, but may consider other sources if they can provide the required products and services. • The required products have specific features, such as RF outputs with GPS L1, GPS L2, and GPS L5. • The acquisition is subject to NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman.
