Description
The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing support and software maintenance for its Intranet Quorum (IQ) platform. The scope includes licensing, project‑manager supervision, engineering support, enterprise‑level support, and an annual software‑upgrade subscription. The contractor must deliver a detailed project plan, meet reporting requirements, adhere to Texas data‑security policies, and maintain service‑level expectations throughout the contract term (FY 27 with optional renewals). The award will be based on best value, considering both price and technical approach.
• Provide 6 IQ Project Manager/Supervisor licenses (Leidos GSA‑H‑IPM)
• Provide 20 IQ Engineering Support licenses (Leidos GSA‑H‑SNE)
• Provide 16 IQ Enterprise Support licenses (Leidos GSA‑H‑ISS)
• Supply a 1‑year IQ Software Maintenance Annual Upgrade Subscription (Leidos GSA‑U‑AUS)
• Submit a cost proposal (Exhibit C) and a narrative project plan (Section IV)
• Comply with Texas Prompt Payment Act (payment within 30 days) and data‑security requirements
• Contract term is FY 27 with possible renewal years; offer period is 90 calendar days after submission deadline.
