Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the provision of Corrugated Aluminum Pipe and Aluminum Bands for Moore County Maintenance. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain pricing from vendors to replenish inventory. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that offers the lowest price that meets the specifications. The vendor must deliver the goods Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the specified location within 60 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
Key requirements include:
• Providing Corrugated Aluminum Pipe and Aluminum Bands that meet or exceed the listed specifications
• Delivering the goods within 60 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order
• Providing a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization to distribute or resell the products
• Completing and returning the required attachments, including the Pricing Form, HUB Supplemental Vendor Information, and Location of Workers Utilized by Vendor
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including those related to minority-owned and women-owned businesses
