Description
DeKalb County School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide K-12 Social Studies Instructional Resources. The resources should include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The district has a student enrollment of approximately 93,000 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 and has 139 schools and centers. The successful vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the RFQ.
• The vendor must register as a vendor at https://dekalbschoolsga.ionwave.net.
• The vendor must submit proposals electronically via IonWave.
• The vendor must provide online and/or digital sample materials.
• The vendor must submit hardcopy sample materials via in-person or mail delivery.
• The vendor must pick up or provide mailing labels for all physical sample materials.
• The vendor must comply with the Georgia Open Records Act.
• The vendor must not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.
• The vendor must provide a detailed Table of Contents and organize the proposal in the same order as the requirements are outlined in the RFQ document.
